Venezuela 1 bolivar 2012 - Magnetic center

New circulating composition and slightly different details:

The 1 Bolivar 2012 is a new subtype compared to the 2007/2009 type (Y#93). The 2012 has a magnetic center. Also poorer mint quality and edge lettering "BCV 1" is bolder.
